Following the last IMSA Executive Committee Meeting a number of key decisions were taken :
1. Updated statutes were approved unanimously by the meeting.
2. The IMSA Council now is constituted as follows :

VICE PRESIDENT CHANG HAO (CHINA)
VICE PRESIDENT DARCY LIMA (BRAZIL)
VICE PRESIDENT VLAD MARINESCU (USA)
MEMBER JAN KAMRAS (SWEDEN)
MEMBER MOHAMED AL MODIAHKI (QATAR)
MEMBER RICHARD PRZEWOZNIAK (FRANCE)
MEMBER TOM URASOE (JAPAN)
3. A new Management Board was also nominated. Mr David Xiao is Chairman of the Management Board and Mr Geoffrey Borg is Chief Executive Officer.
4. IMSA have also created Continental Associations which will now look after National Mind Sports Federations
